INTRODUCING LEAVE REQUEST MANUAL AND TYPES OF LEAVE

STEP 1. To file a leave request, please select HRM button on our homepage.

STEP 2. Log in using your HRM account.

If you have started working since July 2022 and you have never logged in HRM system, you can look for the account in the credential email.

If you cannot log in to your HRM account, please reach out to me.

STEP 3. Select “Request leave days”

STEP 4. Fill out the required fields: Leave date from … to …; Leave day type …;  Leave reason …; and attachments if needed.

We have some available types of leave for foreign teachers ONLY, as follows:

  • AL – Annual Leave: served as vacation leave. The duration of this leave is 15 to 30 days. You must file this leave no less than 15 days before the start date of the leave.
    • Note: Don’t book your flight before you receive the approval from HR Department!
  • CL – Casual Leave: served as leave for personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances that require your absence from work for a few days. The duration of this leave is 2 to 10 days. You must file this leave within 14 days before the start date of the leave.
  • EL – Emergency Leave: served as leave for unexpected health conditions or events that force you off work on specific days. You must file this leave on, before, or after 1 day.
  • SL – Sick Leave: served as leave for medical conditions that require your absence for treatment or recovery prescribed by a doctor. The duration of this leave is 2 to 7 days. You must file this leave before the start of the leave 1 day.
    • Note: You have to attach the medical certificate or hospital bill as proof.

STEP 5. Click “Save & close” to submit your request.

To check the status of your leave request, select “Leave records” on the homepage.

Please be aware that the review of your leave request may take up to 3 working days.
